Service Description
If you're interested in moving forward with our program, we aim to make paid sessions as affordable and accessible as possible. Our standard rate is $180 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments ($45 per 15 minutes). Session time is rounded up to the next 15-minute block, so any overages beyond a scheduled duration will be billed accordingly. We also offer flexible payment support, including treatment "coupons," multi-session discounts, and customized support plans tailored to your needs. Once you proceed with telehealth sessions, a super-bill will be provided for your records and insurance reimbursement if applicable. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your telehealth session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in a cancellation fee. If you miss a session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage scheduling effectively.
